Jeremiah Point has more than 25 years of combined experience in construction, engineering, commissioning. He is a licensed Mechanical Engineer, sole proprietor of Point Engineering and a Director at Nova Commissioning Services Ltd. (Nova) in Akwesasne, Ontario. Previously he was a mechanical engineer with The Thompson Rosemount Group Inc. in Cornwall, Ontario. Mr. Point has his Professional Engineer License from the Professional Engineers of Ontario, is a LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional through the CaGBC (Canadian Green Building Council), is a CCP (Certified Commissioning Professional) though the BCxA (Building Commissioning Association), and is a Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD) through the Passive House Institute (Germany).

Jeremiah provides design review, inspecting, reporting of HVAC, plumbing, boilers, fuel storage, fire protection, electrical, emergency power, process, and moveable systems. He also perform site condition investigations, and reporting.

Andrew is a seasoned Passive House trainer, consultant, and building certifier accredited by the German Passive House Institute.  His professional and academic experience ranges from consultancy, certification, programme management, technical and non-technical articles and publications, curriculum development, course and lecture delivery, and technical research.  He has been delivering high quality educational courses for over 27 years, including 17 years of PH training, for Peel Passive House Consulting and other organizations.

Andrew has a tremendous depth of knowledge and experience in high performance buildings, spanning energy and envelope modelling, practical detailing, technology assessment, and research and implementation of innovative envelope and mechanical solutions. He is the project lead on a CMHC-funded research project implementing a novel all electric mechanical system for Passive House multifamily buildings.  

Andrew is a member of an ASHRAE committee develop a standard that embeds Passive House requirements into language that provinces and states can readily integrated into their local building codes.

Kelly is a certified Passive House Consultant with 8 years experience in the Passive House industry, and 20 years of experience in the construction industry in various roles. Her experience with different project types ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional to mixed use residential, assists her Passive House work greatly in ensuring that all aspects of project planning and sequencing can be met. Her interest in Passive House, over the last few years, has sparked a shift in her work to address much needed improvements to the way we build and operate our buildings and making the world better for future generations.

At Peel Passive House, Kelly manages certification consultancy projects of all sizes and types. She applies her experience over several roles including business development, project management, and consulting. She is a highly organized Project Manager with hands-on experience in planning and implementing assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery despite often strict time constraints.

Fellipe Falluh has always been passionate about sustainable building, a value rooted in his family and education. Originally from Brazil and coming from a family of builders, he grew up with a deep appreciation for sustainability and the environment. With a commitment to improving the built environment, Fellipe earned a degree in environmental and civil engineering from McGill University and, at just 24 years old, founded Retrofit Construction. Recognized as one of Corporate Knights’ 30 Under 30 Sustainability leaders, Fellipe brings a vision for meaningful change and a deep commitment to sustainable building practices. As vice-president of the board at Bâtiment Passif Québec, Fellipe promotes Passive House principles across the province. He is also a recipient of the King Charles III coronation medal and co-hosts the podcast Au-Delà des Murs, where he engages with professionals to inspire innovation and progress in high-performance construction.

As a Passive House Planner and Ecologist at Quantum Passivhaus, Angie has been working for over nine years to create sustainable and energy-efficient buildings. She is passionate about applying my knowledge of ecology and environmental science to design and plan buildings that minimize their impact on the environment while providing comfortable and healthy living spaces for occupants. Angie has a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Bishop's University, which has given her a strong foundation in critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
